I'm not 100% sure but I think the RealTek Definition Audio replaced the Intel High Definition DSP entry. I no longer see Intel High Definition DSP, instead I have RealTek High Definition Audio (SST). More than likely on the manufacturers website, rather than Intel Hi-Def Audio, that is Realtek High. I no longer have any devices that are not recognized. The fix is to go to the support page for your device on the manufacturers website, then download and install the audio device drivers they recommend, those will be compatible with your PC, unlike the ones installed by Windows Update. Once the PC had rebooted I checked the Device Manager. After reboot the installer continued and installed the driver. The Realtek installer first uninstalled the existing driver and required a reboot. This package provides Audio Driver and is supported on S540-15IWL and running the following Operating Systems: Windows 10 (64-bit) SHOP SUPPORT. Realtek High Definition Audio Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) - Yoga Book C930.

I downloaded the file 'Realtek High Definition Audio Driver for Intel® NUC Kits, Version: 6., Date: ' and unzipped the file to a directory and ran the setup file. I tried the link again today for the audio driver and now it works English Community-Lenovo Community.Intel High Definition Dsp Windows 10 - Download Drivers.Intel High Definition Audio Driver - Microsoft Community.Intel high definition dsp.
